PostFab

A PostFab building provides a base structure in which tenants actively participate in how the housing model takes shapes. The building blocks of the structure are pre-fabricated units that are able to shipped, transported, and installed with ease. This also allows tenants to organise their own space, and use an appropriated amount of space that suits their needs. As time lapses, the spaces can also adjust and accommodate the changes in people lives.

For instance, one group of tenants decides to start a family, and need the addition of a bedroom, they can acquire available space, order an additional bedroom, or possibly even an extra bathroom. Once that child grows up and moves to college, the parents could then retract that space for their apartment, and offer it for availability. In this model, tenants can be part of a Co-Op board, and be charged per their square footage of the shared space of the building.
